PURRFECTION For Felines™ was born from three decades of hands-on experience and a simple frustration: the cat grooming products on the market just weren’t good enough. As a professional cat groomer for over 30 years and owner of Creature Comforts Cat Styling Salon in Northeast Ohio, our founder Kim Raisanen saw firsthand how harsh chemicals, improper pH levels, and questionable ingredients compromised feline skin health. In 2008, Kim founded the Professional Cat Groomers Association of America, authored Learn How to Professionally Groom Cats, a Practitioners Guide, and became a respected columnist, instructor and industry speaker. But the one thing missing? Products she could trust completely. So with the help of a cat loving chemist and feline veterinarians she created them herself

Unlike conventional pet products loaded with cheap coconut, enzymes, salicylic acid, aloe vera, alcohol, and harsh detergents, our formulas are carefully pH-balanced to 6.0–6.5, the optimal range for cat skin. We don’t just avoid harmful ingredients—we replace them with therapeutic herbs like calendula, witch hazel, and eyebright herb that heal, soothe, and protect.
